Pride Parade 2016
Thank you to everyone who came out Sunday, July 10, 2016, and walked behind our Congregation Beth Israel banner. We had an incredible turnout, with about 60 people. Bellingham saw a welcoming Jewish community cheered us on. Looking forward to next year!

Sandwich makers needed
Interfaith Coalition's CAST food outreach program (Coffee and Sandwiches Together) has faithfully delivered simple meals of soup, sandwiches and hot drinks four evenings a week, prepared and served by committed volunteers for the past 10 years. Many of the guests - often more than 50 each night - appreciate the simple fellowship as well as the meal.
Needed: Volunteers to help us make sandwiches on a regular basis.
Shifts are available Monday through Thursday afternoons, from 3 to 4 p.m. To become involved in this marvelous program, please contact volunteer coordinator Mary Ann O'Hara by calling 360-325-2613 or emailing her at firstname.lastname@example.org
Each year the Social Action Committee organizes Mitzvah Day, which includes a selection of projects for all ages and abilities.
