This collection of nature and circus photography by Jason Ruvelson will be the sixth exhibition in the CBI Visual Art Series showcasing the work of CBI visual artists. Jason’s photography will be on display in the foyer and social hall
Jason’s work reflects his passion for finding and capturing beauty, both in the physical environment and in the human spirit, as well as in the interaction between the two. What at first may seem like two disparate subjects, captured moments in nature in the Pacific Northwest and the work of performing artists from the Bellingham Circus Guild, in fact represent the way Jason approaches his life and photography, with an open spirit and deep curiosity to appreciate the environment in which we live and the people who share this environment.
