Ingredients

  • 1 box of couscous
  • 3 t fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ c. olive oil
  • 2 large cloves minced garlic
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 3 chopped green onions
  • ¼ c chopped cilantro

Directions

  1. Prepare 1 box of couscous as directed on package, then chill.

  2. May add chopped cooked chicken breast or other protein sources as desired. Chill.
